Ashton Rose Smith, originally from Knott County, Kentucky, has a passion for helping people who have been injured by the wrongful conduct of others. She focuses much of her practice on mass tort litigation involving harmful pesticides, pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices. Ms. Smith graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and has been practicing law since 2015, the last seven years with Moore Law Group.

Throughout her law school career, Ashton volunteered with the Jefferson County Pro Se Divorce Clinic, the Department of Public Advocacy, and clerked in Division Five in Jefferson County Circuit Court, and with the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney. Prior to law school, Ashton received a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communications and minor in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with honors. While at UK, Ashton studied abroad in London, England.

Ashton is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Louisville Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
