Emily A. DeVuono, a Louisville native, concentrates her practice in representing people who have been injured as a result of medical negligence; nursing home neglect and abuse; and automobile and truck wrecks. Ms. DeVuono graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities. She received her Master of Art in Humanities from the University of Louisville in 2010. Ms. DeVuono graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2015 and has practiced law with Moore Law Group for 10 years.

Emily is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations, American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA). In addition to her law practice, Emily previously volunteered as the co-coach of Brandeis’ Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team, which won the National Championship in 2016. She has also volunteered her time with a local youth group and providing assistance to refugees relocating to Kentucky. Emily is an avid musician who enjoys playing classical guitar, bass guitar, and singing. Her band, The Perpetual Motions, is a two-time winner of Lawlapalooza, the Louisville legal community’s battle of the bands supporting the Judge Ellen B. Ewing Foundation.
