Louisville Brain Injury Lawyers
The leading cause of brain injury in Kentucky is motor vehicle crashes. Our teenagers (ages 15 to 24) are at great risk for sustaining a brain injury as a result of a car accident. Prevention is the only cure; however, sometimes things are out of our control. If your child, spouse, or loved one is a victim of a car crash or truck crash and sustains a brain injury, the attorneys at Moore Law Group will provide you a free evaluation of your case and give you the personalized attention you deserve.
Here are a few statistics on the numbers of individuals suffering from brain injury.

In a typical brain injury such as the type seen when a motor vehicle’s forward motion stops suddenly, the initial injury often results from the steering wheel or windshield. The head subsequently may be thrown back towards the rear of the vehicle so that the brain may rebound from the site of impact and strike the inner surface of the opposite side of the skull resulting in yet further damage.
The attorneys at Moore Law Group have extensive experience representing individuals who have sustained brain injuries. Most of these individuals sustained a traumatic brain injury as a result of a car or truck wreck. Others sustain a brain injury resulting from a motorcycle wreck or bicycle accident. Often cars do not see motorcyclists or bicyclists and the cyclists are thrown from their motorcycle or bicycle. We understand that brain injuries affect people differently. Some of our clients have difficulty in social situations whereas others cannot function in their jobs anymore and depend upon others to take care of their personal needs. We strive to make sure they are compensated for their severe loss. Please contact us today for your free consultation.
